HUD Permanent Foundation Certifications are required on all manufactured homes when financing with any government backed loans. (FHA, VA, USDA ext. )

Sewer Scope inspections include running a camera through the sewer line from the house clean out to the main sewer lateral at the road. Sewer line replacement can cost thousands of dollars. We can locate issues during the inspection period helping you negotiate for repairs. 

Blower Door testing checks the air tightness of the building envelope and is a required test on all new construction homes in Alabama. 

Air Duct Leakage/Tightness testing is required on all new construction homes and major remodels on existing homes when the ductwork is outside of the building envelope.
