At Higgins Home Inspection we have over 30 years of combined construction and maintenance related experience. Our Lead Inspector is a Code Certified Master Inspector. A Code Master inspector is the absolute highest level of inspector that the inspection industry has to offer, this can only be achieved after completing at least 1,000 inspections and have been in business for a required number of years. By holding the title of a Code Certified Master Inspector we agree to submitting to random background checks, random drug screenings and agree to completing a higher amount of continuing education every year. We are interNACHI certified. Our Lead Inspector is a Certified Mentor through interNACHI and he is continuously involved in mentoring new inspectors across the country.
